Job Description: What You’ll Be Doing

As a Kitchen Cleaner (Sculler), your main responsibility is to keep the kitchen clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times. You’ll play a key role in ensuring hygiene and safety standards are met.

🔹 Maintaining Cleanliness
✔ Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
✔ Keep floors, counters, and cooking areas clean and free of spills
✔ Ensure proper waste disposal and recycling

🔹 Health & Safety Compliance
✔ Follow strict Hygiene and Health & Safety standards
✔ Maintain proper levels of clean inventory
✔ Identify and report any maintenance or hygiene issues

🔹 Teamwork & Kitchen Support
✔ Assist chefs and kitchen staff with cleaning and organizing
✔ Work efficiently under pressure in a busy hotel kitchen
✔ Handle multiple cleaning tasks at once
