What You’ll Be Doing:

As a PSIRA Grade C Security Officer, your role will be to ensure the safety of both people and property. Your job will include:

Identifying, preventing, and minimizing security risks
Controlling who comes in and out of the facility
Maintaining public and employee safety on-site
Reporting any incidents that may involve safety or loss control

Keeping records of all site-related documents
Providing both verbal and written reports to clients
Promoting good teamwork and handling any equipment responsibly
Patrolling the site to make sure everything is secure

This role is crucial for ensuring that both G4S and its clients operate safely and efficiently. You’ll also need to be familiar with safety standards like ISO 9001 and the site’s quality procedures.

What G4S Is Looking For:

To succeed in this role, you must meet the following minimum requirements:

Completed Grade 10 (or equivalent)
PSIRA Grade C certification
A clear criminal record
Physically fit (you must be able to run 2.5km)
