These jobs are part of a nationwide program designed to help young people get work experience while also improving schools in the country. The jobs will run for six months, from June to November 2025, and they are completely open to youth who meet a few simple requirements.

Applications will be open from April 22, 2025, and all you need to do is apply online at the official SA Youth portal: https://sayouth.mobi/. It’s quick, easy, and there’s no cost to apply.

As part of this important program, you’ll need to act responsibly and professionally. Here’s what’s expected of you:

  • Be respectful to teachers, students, and school staff
  • Keep student and school information private and confidential
