As a Permanent Part-Timer at Adidas, you’ll assist with daily store tasks while providing top-notch customer service. Your role is crucial in ensuring our store runs smoothly and customers leave happy. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
Your Daily Tasks:
Customer Service:
- Top-Notch Service: Always give customers the best Adidas service.
- Sales Transactions: Handle sales involving cash, credit, checks, and more.
- Greeting Customers: Welcome customers and help them find what they need. Sometimes, you’ll be the friendly face at the front door during busy times.
Stock Management:
- Product Ticketing: Help with tagging products and checking paperwork against items received.
- Stockroom to Sales Floor: Assist in moving products from the stockroom to the sales floor.
- Display Development: Help create eye-catching displays or follow the store management team’s plans.
Sales Techniques:
- Add-On Sales: Use techniques like add-on sales and explaining product features to boost sales and meet store goals.
Store Maintenance:
- Housekeeping: Keep the store clean and organized.
- Asset Protection: Ensure the safekeeping of company assets.
