Receptionist Vacancy 2024
Role Purpose:
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for callers and visitors. Your job is to provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive business image. You will also handle various tasks and solve problems within your responsibility.
Required Qualification:
- Minimum: Matric/Grade 12
- Relevant certificate or tertiary qualification is a plus
Required Experience:
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role

Key Responsibilities:
- Switchboard/Receptionist/Visitors:
- Answer all calls professionally within the first 5 rings
- Keep the reception area neat and tidy
- Ensure visitors are attended to and do not roam the offices unattended
- Follow company policies and management instructions
- Assist with projects, event planning, and coordinating (Do-more)
- Overnight Express Bags/Parcels:
- Ensure overnight bags/parcels are signed and handed over to the admin department
- Assist with post/tea lady duties when needed
- KPI’s:
- Compliance with company policies and practices
- Always alert and vigilant
- Maintain a strict professional manner

Role Purpose:
As a Tractor Driver, you will maintain agricultural property by clearing plant growth and providing transport services.
Required Qualifications:
- Grade 12/Matric certificate
- Valid driver’s license (minimum code 5 for tractors)
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a tractor driver
Required Knowledge & Skills:

- Distribute coal between houses and farms
- Clear ash and maintain coal bunkers, tractor, check sheets, service bookings, and general maintenance
