Key Responsibilities

As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll be responsible for:

• Completing sales transactions, including handling cash, card, and other payment methods.
• Supporting store management in daily maintenance and housekeeping tasks.
• Helping with stock management, including unpacking deliveries, checking items against paperwork, and ensuring shelves are well-stocked.
• Protecting company assets by following security procedures and preventing stock loss or damage.
• Creating or setting up merchandise displays according to store guidelines or management direction.
• Using sales techniques such as up-selling and cross-selling to meet and exceed store sales goals.
• Learning and efficiently operating the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in all areas of the store.
• Occasionally acting as a Greeter at the entrance during busy trading hours.

This position requires flexibility, as tasks may change daily depending on store needs and customer flow.
