About the Position

The Customer Service Officer plays a vital role in ensuring that information flows smoothly between the Polokwane Distribution Centre and Boxer stores across the region. You’ll be responsible for communicating updates on orders, deliveries, and stock availability while providing fast and professional support to store teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Customer Service Officer, you’ll handle a variety of important tasks that keep Boxer’s distribution operations running efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and coordinating all store orders, including Jab orders, to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
• Maintaining daily communication with store managers and regional teams to ensure everyone has the information they need.
• Handling and resolving help desk queries quickly, professionally, and with a focus on excellent customer service.
• Monitoring and controlling pallet management procedures to maintain operational efficiency.
• Ensuring all processes are completed accurately and in line with company standards.

Your goal will be to provide a continuous flow of accurate information that helps stores plan and perform better, while building strong working relationships with both the warehouse and store teams.

What You’ll Need

To qualify for this role, applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:

• Matric (Grade 12) is essential.
• A Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain or a related field will be an advantage.
• At least 2 years of experience in a warehousing or distribution environment.
• Must be computer literate and comfortable using business systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
