What’s the Job All About?

As a Training Assistant, you’ll work behind the scenes to make sure training sessions, workshops, and online courses happen without a hitch. From handling bookings to managing records, this is a key support role in the company’s training department.

Here’s what you’ll be doing day-to-day:

Training Administration Duties:

  • Confirm training attendance and send all necessary details to participants
  • Book venues, arrange transport, and manage logistics for workshops
  • Help with travel and accommodation bookings for attendees and trainers
  • Capture training data, maintain records, and generate reports for internal use
  • Set up links for online training sessions and assist in managing digital learning platforms
  • Record training activity data to support BBBEE and FSC reporting

Office and General Support:

  • Provide assistance to the Office Manager and Account Manager
  • Handle everyday office admin tasks
  • Communicate with vendors and make sure their work is done on time
  • Log support requests, troubleshoot basic issues, and ensure smooth operations

What You Need to Apply

To be considered for this opportunity, here are the minimum requirements:

  • Matric/Grade 12 (essential)
  • Office Administration or similar qualification is strongly recommended
  • At least 3 years’ experience in admin or training coordination
  • Experience in customer service is a plus
  • Any experience in a training environment or with IT systems will be an advantage
