This is a 3-year training programme offered by AFGRI at various branches across South Africa. You’ll learn through:
For the first 6 months, you’ll go through a probation period. This helps both you and the company decide if this is the right long-term match. After that, you’ll officially become an apprentice and begin your formal training journey.
