📌 About the Role: Admin Assistant (Retail)

In this role, you’ll be responsible for making sure all back-office operations of the store are running efficiently. From managing systems to following standard procedures, your job is to reduce risk, streamline operations, and support both your team and customers.

Your work ensures that store leaders and floor staff have everything they need to create an outstanding in-store experience.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

As an Admin Assistant (Retail) at iStore, you’ll:

Support the Admin Manager with smooth back-office operations
Ensure SOPs and policies are followed properly
Monitor and improve store systems and processes
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure cooperation and flow
Help drive store performance and results
Support stock and inventory management
Help maintain store compliance and accurate record-keeping

✅ Requirements to Apply

To be successful in this role, you should have:

Matric (Grade 12) – a Tertiary Qualification is a strong advantage
5+ years experience in a busy, fast-paced retail environment
Experience leading or supporting teams
Strong understanding of retail operations and admin
Ability to work in a high turnover, results-driven setting
A mindset that’s strategic, agile, and problem-solving
A love for Apple products and the ability to adapt quickly
