🎯 What You’ll Be Doing – Key Responsibilities:

As the Assistant Store Manager, you’ll play a key role in keeping the store operating like a well-oiled machine. Here’s what your day-to-day may look like:

  • Support the Store Manager in daily operations and ensure store targets are met.
  • Manage stock losses and shrinkage to meet company goals.
  • Drive sales performance to hit daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
  • Keep the store looking visually appealing and on-brand.
  • Control store expenses efficiently.
  • Deliver top-tier customer service and build a loyal customer base.
  • Oversee staff recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Run daily, weekly, and monthly checklists to keep everything in order.
  • Ensure staff follow company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct hanger counts, service desk checks, and fitting room checks to ensure retail standards are met.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience Needed:

📘 Education:

  • Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification

💼 Work Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience managing a fashion retail store
  • Proven track record of store performance and team leadership

  • Computer literacy (Word, Excel)
