Bosch invites suitably qualified applicants to apply for their Youth Employment Service (YES) Programme Vacancies for 2025/26. The programme offers exciting posts for young South Africans who want to gain real workplace experience and grow their careers. Applications are now open, and this could be the opportunity that changes your life.

Bosch is a world-famous company known for creating smart technologies and solutions that improve daily life. From manufacturing to technology, Bosch is a global leader that cares about innovation, growth, and the future of young people. Now, through the YES programme, Bosch is opening doors for unemployed youth across South Africa to gain practical experience and build strong career foundations.

Why the Bosch YES Programme Matters

South Africa faces a big challenge when it comes to youth unemployment. Many young people finish school or university but struggle to find jobs because they lack experience. The YES Programme was created to solve this problem by giving young people the chance to work in real industries, learn new skills, and prove themselves in the workplace.

Bosch understands that young people are the future. That is why this programme is not just about filling positions but about empowering youth with the confidence, knowledge, and tools they need to succeed. Over the 12 months of the YES Programme, participants will be guided, trained, and mentored by experienced professionals.

Where Will You Work?

The Bosch YES Programme is based at two main locations:

  • Midrand Offices – This is the business hub where you will be exposed to different operations, sales, and management functions.
  • Brits Manufacturing Plant – Here you will gain insight into the manufacturing world, learning how technology and production come together to create solutions.

These workplaces give you a chance to understand both the corporate side and the hands-on industrial side of a global company.

To qualify for the Bosch YES Programme, you need to meet the following requirements:

  • You must be a South African citizen between the ages of 18 and 35.
  • You must have a Matric certificate.

    • Logistics

This programme is designed for unemployed youth, so it’s your chance to step forward and make your career dreams a reality.
