About the Role:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide first and second-line support to both external and internal customers. This includes handling telephone and written inquiries with speed, accuracy, and the highest level of customer satisfaction. You’ll interact with customers professionally and efficiently, addressing their needs and resolving issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle advanced telephone and written customer issues.
• Provide customer service via internet, phone, fax, and email.
• Assist with account setup, allocation, and delivery issues.
• Manage retail marketing programs, policy, and product fulfillment.
• Process On Road Fuel Cards and Cardex transactions.
• Resolve retail site experience complaints and fuel quality claims.
• Manage site maintenance queries end-to-end, including invoice payment.
• Log, assign, and track customer requests to ensure timely completion.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a telephone environment dealing with Key Account Customers.
• Matric qualification.
• Strong attention to detail and process adherence.
• Team mentality and reliability.
• High service delivery and effective teamwork.
• Customer-focused, service-oriented, and performance-driven.
• Ability to work under pressure.
