What You’ll Do

As a Salesperson, your primary goal will be to generate sales and ensure customer satisfaction. Here’s what your daily responsibilities will include:

Driving Sales: Engage with customers to promote and sell products, ensuring you meet or exceed sales targets.
Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering tailored product recommendations.
Merchandising: Help attract and retain customers by keeping the store well-merchandised and appealing.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:

Qualifications:

Minimum of Grade 12.

Experience:

7 to 12 months of sales experience, preferably in a retail environment.

Skills and Competencies:

Teamwork: Ability to work well within a team.
Self-Motivation: A strong drive to achieve sales targets.
Customer Service: A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Initiative: Ability to take action and make decisions independently.
Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in all aspects of the job.
Product Knowledge: Extensive understanding of products across various categories.

Courage and confidence in sales interactions.
Emotional maturity to handle diverse customer interactions.
