Here’s What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Receptionist at Capital Hotels, you’ll be the friendly face that guests see first when they walk through our doors. You’ll help them feel welcome, comfortable, and taken care of.

Your day-to-day duties will include:

• Checking guests in and out of the hotel quickly and professionally.
• Keeping track of guest accounts and helping with payments or questions.
• Assisting with any guest requests or needs to make their stay great.
• Helping with reservations when needed, making sure everything runs smoothly.

What You Need to Apply:

This job is perfect if you’ve got a bit of experience and a big passion for working with people. Here’s what we’re looking for:

• A completed Matric certificate.
• A hospitality-related qualification or something similar.
• At least 1–2 years of experience as a receptionist.
• Good computer skills, especially with MS Office and a system like Protel.
• Calm and confident when solving problems — even when things get busy.
• A real team player who’s also happy to work on their own when needed.
• Trustworthy, professional, and pays close attention to details.
• Friendly, neat, well-spoken, and always ready to help others.
• Able to work shifts as part of a rotating schedule.
• Handles private and sensitive information with full confidentiality.

Important: If you live outside the city where this job is located, you’ll need to cover your own moving costs.
