Job Description:

As a Merchandiser, your primary role will be to ensure that store shelves are well-stocked, products are attractively displayed, and prices are clearly marked to drive sales. Your efforts will help create a visually appealing shopping environment and enhance the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Count and document stock for merchandising.
• Unpack and organize stock, ensuring it’s displayed attractively.
• Maintain accurate stock records and monitor stock levels.
• Adhere to display rules, using creativity to grab customer attention.
• Create special displays for promotions and seasons.

• Report product damages and remove outdated stock.
• Assist in planning product placement and display layout.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams for promotions.
• Ensure store areas and storerooms are clean and well-organized.
• Provide accurate product labels and pricing.
• Advise customers on product use and handle queries.

Requirements:

• Matric Certificate (National Senior Certificate).
• Clear criminal record.
• Must live within 15km of the job location.
• Must own a smartphone (required for the position).
