As a Receptionist/Switchboard Operator, you will play a crucial role in our office in Centurion, Gauteng. Your main responsibilities will be to warmly welcome visitors and manage the switchboard to ensure calls are correctly routed and messages delivered promptly.

1. Switchboard Management: Efficiently manage the switchboard to ensure calls are routed correctly and messages delivered without delay.
2. Reception: Greet and welcome visitors warmly and ensure they are directed to the right staff or department.
3. Administrative & Support Function: Provide administrative support as needed to ensure smooth office operations.

📚 Qualifications and Experience

Essential Qualifications:

• Grade 12

Desirable Qualifications:

• Reception/Secretarial Certificate or Diploma

Essential Experience:

• 2-3 years experience as a receptionist/switchboard operator
• 2-3 years administration experience
