🔹 Salary: R335,844 – R466,452 per year (Total package up to R625,640 per year!)

📞 What Does a Call Centre Agent Do?

As a Call Centre Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers needing assistance with City of Tshwane services. You’ll handle calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions, ensuring that customers receive accurate information and excellent service.

💼 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Answer customer queries and resolve complaints professionally
✅ Maintain and update customer records using SAP CIC and CRM systems
✅ Process service requests and escalate issues when necessary
✅ Ensure fast and efficient customer service in line with municipal standards
✅ Work across different regional customer care centres as required
✅ Maintain high service quality and meet performance targets
✅ Assist in improving customer service operations

🔎 Who Can Apply?

To qualify for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

✔️ Grade 12 (Matric)
✔️ Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or call centre role
✔️ Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
✔️ Good problem-solving abilities and customer service skills
✔️ Technical knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
✔️ Knowledge of SAP CIC & CRM systems (advantageous)
✔️ Understanding of municipal services and billing processes
✔️ Must be willing to work at any regional call centre in Tshwane

💡 Additional Requirements:
🔹 Must undergo a criminal record check & fingerprint verification through TMPD (at own cost)
🔹 Strong interpersonal skills – ability to handle complaints with empathy and professionalism
🔹 Attention to detail – ability to capture customer information accurately
