FOUR PAWS, the global animal welfare organization, is looking for Construction Workers (m/f/d) to join their team at LIONSROCK Big Cat Sanctuary in South Africa. 🧱 What You’ll Be Doing

As part of the Construction Team, you’ll help create and maintain the structures that keep the sanctuary running safely and smoothly. Your day-to-day work will directly support the lives of rescued animals!

Your main tasks include:

• Handling daily construction assignments like fencing, gates, and enclosure repairs.
• Maintaining and building animal enclosures (with a focus on safety).
• Following all Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) guidelines.
• Responding quickly to repair requests around the sanctuary.
• Operating power tools, plumbing tools, and other construction equipment.
• Working closely with the Construction and Maintenance Supervisors.

🔧 What You’ll Need

This job is for hands-on, motivated team players who are ready to make an impact:

• Previous experience as a general worker, builder, or similar.
• Good English skills (written and verbal).
• Valid driver’s license is a must.
• Ability to work well with others and follow instructions.
• Passion for animal welfare and the mission of FOUR PAWS.
