December/Seasonal Sales Associate (120hr) – The Fix

The Fix is looking for enthusiastic people to join their team as Seasonal Sales Associates this December. With 120 hours available, this is a great chance to gain retail experience, meet new people, and be part of a vibrant fashion brand. What Will You Do as a Sales Associate?

As a Sales Associate, you will be the friendly face customers meet when they visit The Fix stores. Your job is to make sure every customer has an outstanding shopping experience. You’ll help people find the products they want, stay updated on the latest fashion and décor trends, and look for chances to sell more items.

Your daily tasks will include:

Acting as a brand ambassador by representing The Fix and delivering great customer service.
Surprising customers by offering the best product choices to meet their needs.
Keeping an eye on sales to reach and beat your targets.
Selling a variety of products while knowing the newest trends.
Finding new ways to boost sales and help the store grow.
Helping to restock the shelves so the store always looks ready for shoppers.

What Skills and Qualifications Do You Need?

Finished Grade 12 (Matric).
A real passion for working with people and helping customers.
Driven to reach targets and focus on providing great experiences.
Good at speaking and writing clearly.
Ability to handle many tasks at once in a busy store.
Comfortable working on your own and taking initiative.
Strong attention to detail.
Skilled in building customer loyalty and handling challenges well.
Able to negotiate and sell effectively.
