About the CJM Cleaner Position

The main purpose of this role is to ensure that the Head Office and all communal areas remain clean, neat, and hygienic throughout the working day. The successful applicant will follow Dis-Chem’s cleaning standards while making sure office facilities are always presentable.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

The successful applicant will perform a wide range of cleaning and housekeeping duties, including:

Daily Cleaning Duties

Your responsibilities will include:

• Cleaning the Head Office and communal areas every day.
• Maintaining high hygiene standards throughout the office.
• Following daily cleaning routines to keep all areas neat and organised.
• Ensuring offices remain clean throughout operational hours.
• Cleaning up spills or messes whenever required.
• Keeping the workplace tidy and welcoming at all times.

Office and Facility Maintenance

The Cleaner will also be responsible for:

• Cleaning and stocking kitchens with the necessary supplies.
• Cleaning restrooms and ensuring hygiene products are always available.

• Making sure kitchens and bathrooms meet Dis-Chem’s cleaning standards.
• Reporting broken equipment or damaged facilities such as:

Cleaning Equipment and Procedures

• Ensure no cleaning equipment is left unattended.
