2 years’ experience in a logistics environment – Familiarity with logistics operations is crucial for handling export processes.
2 years’ experience in customer service – Experience in managing order queries and client interactions is essential.
1 year of export experience – Including issuing shipping documents like commercial invoices and packing lists, with a solid understanding of the export process.
Strong time management and analytical skills – Attention to detail is key to succeeding in this role.
Good interpersonal skills – The ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues is a must.
Additional Skills That Would Be a Plus:
Knowledge of an export document package – This will set you apart from other candidates.
Basic Microsoft Office skills – Proficiency in MS Office is required to manage day-to-day tasks efficiently.
