What You’ll Be Doing:

As a member of the CTM team, your main role will be to ensure every customer who walks into our store leaves satisfied. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

Delivering top-notch customer service – You’ll help customers find exactly what they need, offering expert advice on products and helping them make informed choices.
Showcasing our premium products – You’ll maintain and organize store displays, making sure they look great and are easy for customers to browse.
Handling customer inquiries – From product questions to checkout assistance, you’ll be a helpful hand to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

What We’re Looking For:

To fit right in at CTM, you should have:

Experience in Retail Merchandising – If you’ve worked in retail before, you’ll know how to present products in a way that grabs customers’ attention.
A Qualification in Design – While not mandatory, a background in design can help you better assist customers with creative product solutions.
Strong Communication Skills – You’ll be talking to customers all day, so being friendly and clear is a must.
Own Transport – This ensures you can easily get to work and adapt to different schedules.
