Main Role:

As a Receptionist at DSV Sky Services, you will handle all receptionist duties and assist in the admin department.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
Welcome and receive guests.
Offer and prepare refreshments for guests.
Arrange gate access for visitors and deliveries.
Manage courier collections and deliveries.
Purchase office refreshments and supplies.
Handle invoicing and filing.
Assist in the archive room.

Minimum Requirements:

2-3 years of customer communication experience.
2-3 years of experience liaising with clients via phone and email.
Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
Matric (essential).
A qualification in Logistics or Supply Chain is a plus.
Proficient in Office 365 (Teams, OneNote, Forms), MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Knowledge of Cargowise is beneficial.
