Asset Protection: You’ll need to be vigilant about protecting all assets, including stock, cash, and even the safety of our staff and customers.
Company Policy Knowledge: It’s important that you understand and can effectively implement company policies and procedures.
Store Layout and Presentation: You’ll be involved in setting up the store or department layout to make sure it’s appealing to customers.
Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service is a must. We want our customers to leave the store happy and satisfied.
Administration: You’ll be responsible for making sure all administrative tasks are completed accurately, such as managing the stockroom, markdowns, and Lay-bys.
Merchandising: Part of your job will be to ensure that merchandise is always replenished and that the store is clean and well-organized.
