About the Role

Key Responsibilities

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

Sales Target Achievement: Contribute to reaching daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
Customer Service Excellence: Provide excellent service by assisting customers in finding products and addressing their inquiries.
Merchandise Management: Ensure effective stocking, replenishment, and neat presentation of merchandise.
Housekeeping: Maintain a tidy store environment and ensure merchandise is displayed correctly.
Asset Protection: Safeguard all store assets, including stock, cash, and physical resources, while ensuring safety for staff and customers.
Effective Administration: Support administrative tasks, including markdowns, lay-byes, and stockroom organization.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and support the store manager in various tasks.
