What You’ll Do on the Job

As a General Assistant at Dunns Phillippi 166, your main responsibility is to support the team and serve customers effectively. Here are your key duties:

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Assist customers on the floor, offer styling advice, and provide a warm and welcoming experience
• Help protect store assets including stock, cash, and property
• Make sure store displays and department layouts follow brand guidelines
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Support with stock room management, markdowns, and lay-bys
• Keep shelves fully stocked and merchandise replenished quickly
• Make sure all admin procedures are followed correctly
• Work effectively with team members and store management
