About Eskom’s Graduate Internship Programme 2026

Eskom’s Graduate Programme gives young South Africans the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the energy and engineering sectors while learning from some of the best professionals in the industry.

The programme runs for 12 to 24 months, depending on the field of study. During this time, interns will receive structured mentorship, practical training, and workplace exposure designed to help them grow into confident and capable professionals.
