Key Responsibilities
As a Store Manager at Fabiani, you will:
- Drive Performance: Achieve store KPIs like turnover, rewards, new accounts, and visuals.
- Manage Stock Losses: Ensure shrinkage aligns with company standards.
- Drive Turnover: Achieve sales targets.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure the team has a customer-centric mindset.
