What You Will Do
- Work well with others as part of a team using good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Keep food safety and hygiene at the highest standards following TSAfrika rules.
- Prepare and present food items with care and attention.
- Make sure portion sizes are correct to avoid waste and meet standards.
- Deliver food on time to customers or departments.
- Help plan menus and manage the stock of ingredients.
- Be flexible to work extra hours when needed.
- Stay updated on current food trends and best cooking practices.

- Good verbal and written communication.
- Computer skills for tasks related to planning and stock management.
- Strong planning and organizing skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and support colleagues.
- Excellent cooking skills and knowledge of food preparation.

What You Need to Apply
- Proven experience in cooking, especially as a grill cook or similar role.
- Grade 12 (Matric) certificate is required.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Having a formal culinary qualification is a plus but not mandatory.
