What You Will Be Doing as a Firefighter

As a firefighter, your main role is to respond to emergencies and handle fire-related incidents. You will be trained and guided by senior officers, but you must be ready to act quickly and correctly.

Emergency Response Duties

• Firefighter II Certification (NFPA 1001)
• IFSAC accreditation
• 2–3 years of firefighting experience
• Valid Code C1 driver’s license with PrDP
• Physically and medically fit
• Clear criminal record

If you do not meet these, you will not qualify for the role.
