📦 About the Role

The main purpose of this position is to receive and distribute consignments efficiently and safely. You’ll be part of the operations team, ensuring that all vault room activities run smoothly and securely.

💼 Position Details

• Job Title: Box Room Operator
• Location: Mafikeng Branch
• Reporting To: Operations Manager

✅ Minimum Requirements

To qualify, you must have:

• A clear criminal record
• PSIRA accreditation with at least Grade C (advantageous)
• 1+ year experience in the security industry or similar role
• Computer literacy (essential)
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work night shifts and under pressure
• Physically fit and reliable

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare for vault room duties
• Distribute and receive consignments from CIT teams
• Scan, sort, and balance consignments
• Perform documentation, admin, and search duties
• Lock up and secure the vault room daily
