Fidelity Security Services has a vacancy for a Personal Assistant (PA) to the General Manager for Specialized Services, based at their Head Office in Helderkruin. This role is important for providing administrative support and coordination to the GM to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Job Duties
- Managing appointments, diary scheduling, and client meetings or events
- Handling office and general administrative tasks
- Coordinating emails, correspondence, and all written communications
- Screening phone calls and taking accurate messages
- Taking minutes during selected meetings
- Keeping all information and communications confidential
- Liaising with various levels within the business unit
- Consolidating management reports and information
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports, documents, and presentations
- Assisting with queries and daily coordination of operational tasks related to the role
What You Need to Qualify
- Grade 12 certificate alongside a bachelor’s degree, diploma, or equivalent
- 2 to 3 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant or Administrator supporting senior management
- Strong skills in Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint
- Above-average verbal and written communication skills
- Able to manage conflict well and handle work pressure
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and willing to work extra hours when needed
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transport
- Willingness to travel occasionally
- Must live within the Roodepoort or Krugersdorp area
