Position Overview: ATM Admin Clerk

As an ATM Admin Clerk, you will report directly to the National Reconciliations Manager. Your primary responsibility will be managing and inputting data, ensuring the smooth flow of operations, and liaising with branches and head office staff to address any issues. This role is essential for maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our daily operations, making you a key player in our team.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

  • Data Management: Accurately input and manage data, ensuring it is sorted and verified before entry.
  • Communication: Act as a liaison between branches and head office staff to resolve operational issues.
  • Issue Escalation: Keep a detailed log of issues and escalate them promptly to the National Reconciliations Manager.
  • Reporting: Handle daily and monthly reports on missed or failed services, ensuring all client queries are addressed.
  • Accuracy Verification: Double-check all received information for accuracy and completeness.
