Requirements to Apply

To qualify for this amazing opportunity, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Be between the ages of 18 and 34
Be a South African citizen
Hold a minimum of a matric certificate (NQF 5 and 6 qualifications are also accepted)
Have been unemployed for at least the last six months
Not be currently studying
Have little to no formal work experience (less than 12 months)
Not have participated in the FirstJob programme or worked for any FirstRand franchises before
Have a good command of English
Have no criminal record
Not be blacklisted
Be willing to engage in a learnership while gaining work experience
