What Will You Be Doing?

As a Receptionist/Switchboard Operator, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing Excellent Service: Ensuring internal and external customers receive top-notch service.

  • General Office Administration: Managing parcels, envelopes, and maintaining a tidy reception area.

  • Security and Procedures: Monitoring the logbook and following security protocols.
  • Assisting with Various Tasks: Supporting the Supervisor with any additional tasks to ensure efficient service.
  • Stock Administration: Managing office supplies like tea, coffee, and cleaning materials.
  • Client Documentation: Creating installation certificates and vehicle lists for clients.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Minimum Qualification: A matric certificate and at least 1 year of experience in a reception environment or a relevant tertiary qualification.
