Your Role as a Shop Assistant

Purpose:
Your main goal is to maximize sales by delivering outstanding customer service and creating a “WOW” experience for every shopper. This involves being friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about helping customers find exactly what they need.

What You’ll Be Doing

Delivering AWWWESOME Service: Greet customers warmly and help them with their unique shopping needs.
Sales Support: Guide customers through product choices, prices, and warranties.
Product Knowledge: Demonstrate and explain products to help customers make informed decisions.
Upselling: Encourage customers to purchase additional items or services.
Merchandising: Ensure products are priced, displayed, and promoted according to company standards.
Housekeeping: Keep the store clean and organized to create a pleasant shopping environment.
Stock Management: Participate in stock counts and help minimize stock loss.
Reporting: Share insights on what products are selling well with the Store Manager.
Teamwork: Work closely with the team to meet store goals and provide top-notch service.

What We’re Looking For

Entry Requirements:

Education: A Matric Certificate is a must.
Experience: At least 6 months of experience in retail.
Transport: Reliable transport to accommodate shift work.
