You’ll be supported by experienced mentors, get hands-on training, and learn about how one of the biggest banks in the country operates.


Key Duties You’ll Do:

During the programme, you’ll work in different departments and help with tasks like:

  • Doing basic research and analysing simple data
  • Helping with admin duties like filing and capturing information
  • Supporting customer service and handling basic queries
  • Working with teams on projects that matter
  • Learning how to improve processes and make work more efficient
  • Making sure your work is accurate and follows FNB’s rules
  • Collecting feedback from customers and helping to solve problems

Who Can Apply?

To apply for this learnership, you must:

  • Have Grade 12 / Matric
  • Be unemployed
  • Be 18 to 35 years old
  • Be a South African citizen with a valid SA ID
  • Know how to use a computer (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Have a real interest in banking, finance, or customer service
  • Be ready to commit to a full 12-month learnership contract
  • Be willing to attend all classes and workdays
