What is the Job About?

As a Permanent Store Assistant, you’ll play a big part in making customers feel welcome and supported. Your job will be to help people find what they need, keep the store looking great, and make sure everything runs smoothly. Here’s What You’ll Do Every Day:

Cash Handling and Control

• Use the cash register with care and accuracy
• Make sure the cash at the end of the day matches what was sold
• Process manual payments correctly when needed

Stock Management and Store Organization

• Help keep the store fully stocked every day
• Handle customer orders properly and on time
• Count stock every week and keep the backroom neat
• Pair shoes and keep displays organized and appealing

Customer Service and Sales Support

• Welcome customers and help them with friendly advice
• Know your products well so you can guide shoppers easily
• Build a good relationship with customers and offer styling tips
• Always stay professional, helpful, and full of energy

What Do You Need to Apply?

• Matric / Grade 12 is a must
• At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in retail (luxury or fashion store experience is a bonus)
• A love for fashion, shoes, and helping customers
