FNB Learnerships 2025 Now Open – No Experience Needed

First National Bank (FNB) invites suitably qualified applicants to apply for their 2025 Learnership Programme. This exciting opportunity is open until filled, based on regional branch needs.

If you’re a young South African dreaming of a future in banking but don’t know where to start, FNB has just the opportunity for you. The FNB Learnership Programme 2025 is now open, offering unemployed youth the chance to gain valuable skills, real job experience, and a nationally recognised qualification – all at the same time.

FNB is one of the top 5 banks in South Africa. It’s known for innovation, excellent service, and being people-focused. Through this programme, FNB is showing its commitment to helping young people build strong careers in the finance world.

Whether you’re fresh out of school or simply looking to gain your first work experience, this programme gives you a chance to grow in a real workplace while learning and earning.

What is the FNB Learnership Programme?

During the programme, you’ll work in different departments and help with tasks like:

  • Doing basic research and analysing simple data
  • Helping with admin duties like filing and capturing information
  • Supporting customer service and handling basic queries
  • Working with teams on projects that matter
  • Learning how to improve processes and make work more efficient
  • Making sure your work is accurate and follows FNB’s rules
  • Collecting feedback from customers and helping to solve problems

  • Be ready to commit to a full 12-month learnership contract
  • Be willing to attend all classes and workdays

No previous job experience is needed – that makes this the perfect opportunity if you’re just starting out.

Skills You Should Have:

Even though it’s an entry-level opportunity, FNB is looking for people who:

  • Speak and write clearly
  • Solve problems without always needing help
  • Work well with others and respect different people
