Who Should Apply?

This opportunity is specially designed for graduates who:

Have a National Diploma in Information Technology or Logistics/Supply Chain Management
Have done very well in their Project Management module
Are passionate about technology, data, innovation, or logistics efficiency
Are South African citizens, aged 18 to 35
Are currently unemployed and available for the full 12-month programme

What to Expect During the Programme

Depending on your area of study, you’ll be placed in one of two exciting streams:

1. Information Technology (IT) Stream

You’ll learn about:

Retail software systems, IT support, and database management
Digital transformation projects in Pick n Pay stores and warehouses
Software testing, data analysis, and implementing new tech solutions
Working alongside skilled professionals on real-time digital upgrades

2. Logistics & Supply Chain Stream

You’ll get hands-on experience in:

Warehouse management systems, distribution planning, and procurement
Inventory control, supplier coordination, and stock movement
Transport logistics, route optimization, and supply chain performance tracking
Managing product flow from suppliers to shelves

Across both streams, your Project Management skills will be put to use. You’ll be trusted to:

Help manage real business projects
Work with teams from different departments
Solve real problems and present your solutions to managers
