Job Description:
The role of the General Worker involves performing basic tasks with minimal induction. The position requires someone who is reliable, hardworking, and capable of performing manual labor.
Key Requirements:
Education: Grade 12 or NQF4 qualification.
Physical Requirements: Ability to perform hard manual labor and maintain excellent health.
Responsibilities:
- Load and unload stock.
- Keep the premises clean and tidy.
- Assist with stock control.
- Provide customer service.
- Perform general housekeeping duties.
- Carry out ad hoc tasks as needed.
- Assist customers and suppliers with loading and offloading stock in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Skills Required:
- Service Orientation: Must be customer-focused and service-oriented.
- Attention to Detail: Accurate, thorough, and precise in all tasks.
- Physical Health: Must be in excellent health to handle the physical demands of the job.
