Who Can Apply – Minimum Requirements

To be considered, you must meet the following criteria:

• Graduates and diplomates with completed tertiary qualifications from a recognized South African university or college.
• Students needing P1/P2 experiential training with a recent letter from their institution confirming this requirement.
• Must be a South African citizen under the age of 35.
• Must live in one of Harmony Gold’s operational districts, which include:
  • Free State: Lejweleputswa, Matjhabeng, Masilonyana
  • North West: Dr Kenneth Kaunda, Ratlou, Moqhaka
  • Gauteng: City of Johannesburg, Merafong City, West Rand
• Children of Harmony Gold employees are encouraged to apply.
• Must not have previously participated in a similar internship or training programme.
• Willingness to undergo a medical examination and security screening before placement.
