What Will You Be Doing as a Call Centre Agent at Hungry Lion?
If you get the job, you’ll be the first person customers speak to when they contact Hungry Lion. You’ll help with their questions and make sure they have a great experience. Here’s a breakdown of what your daily work will look like:
You’ll answer all incoming calls from customers and staff.
You’ll give helpful info about Hungry Lion’s products, store locations, specials, and working hours.
You’ll make sure all calls are answered quickly and professionally.
You’ll guide customers to the right departments if needed.
You’ll calm down unhappy customers and help fix their problems.
You’ll record complaints using a tool called Freshdesk.
You’ll also chat with customers using the live chat system on the website.
This job is all about giving good service and making sure customers are happy.
Before applying, make sure you meet the following requirements:
You must have passed Grade 12.
You should have at least 6 months to 1 year of experience working in a call centre or something similar.
You must have your own reliable transport and be able to travel easily to the Hungry Lion Warehouse in Kraaifontein.
You need to be okay with working flexible shifts, including some weekends and public holidays.
You’ll be expected to work between 8am and 8pm, depending on the shift schedule.
