Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform cash desk duties with accuracy and care
• Ensure that daily cash counts are correct and show no variances
• Manage manual transactions and banking processes professionally

Stock Management and Store Excellence

• Assist with daily stock tasks to keep the store well organized
• Process customer orders efficiently
• Conduct weekly stock counts and keep the storeroom neat and organized
• Complete shoe pairing and product displays to maintain store standards

Building Customer Relationships

• Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to every customer
• Offer styling advice and product information when needed
• Build strong customer relationships that encourage future visits
• Represent the brand in a positive and professional manner

What You Need to Qualify

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

• Matric or Grade 12
• Six months to one year of retail experience, preferably in fashion or premium retail
• A passion for working with customers and fashion products
