What Does a Cellular Consultant Do?

What Do You Need to Apply?

Minimum Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12 certificate).
1 to 2 years of work experience in the retail industry.
Experience with mobile contract services is a big plus.
Must know how to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
Comfortable working with sales systems and tech platforms.

Bonus if you also know:

How to use systems like SAP, Vodacom C3D, MTN Ilula, Telkom CRM, AVS, PayJoy, and Vumatel.
How mobile networks and contracts work.
How to identify customer needs and match them with the right product.
Incredible Cellular’s policies, values, and customer service standards.
How to manage risk and handle sensitive information.
