Position Available: Clinical Auditor

Location: Melomed Mitchells

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

Matric: A high school diploma is essential.
Enrolled Nursing Qualification: This is required for the position.
Computer Literacy: Being proficient in using computers is crucial.
ICU and Theatre Experience: While not mandatory, having experience in ICU and theatre settings will be advantageous.
Communication Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to liaise effectively with other departments.
Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach and strong organizational skills are key to succeeding in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Clinical Auditor, your primary duties will include:

Stock Management: Ensure that all stock has been recorded correctly and that the correct stock and medication have been used.
Documentation: Verify that all necessary documentation has been completed, signed, and authorized, including permissions for theatre procedures.
Audit Tasks: Regularly audit theatre sheets and ensure that all credits have been returned to the pharmacy.
Query Resolution: Liaise with the relevant wards to resolve any queries related to stock, medication, and documentation.
