The Momentum Learnership 2025/2026 will give you the chance to complete a National Qualification Framework (NQF) Level 4 Certificate in Long-Term Insurance, accredited by INSETA. • Following all laws, regulations, and company policies while performing your duties.

Client Engagement

• Building strong, professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Meeting service level agreements to ensure client satisfaction.
• Communicating effectively to manage client expectations.

Minimum Requirements

To qualify for the Momentum Learnership 2025/2026, you must meet the following criteria:

• Age: Between 18 and 25 years (including anyone turning 25 in 2026).
• Education: Must have a Matric certificate with passes in:
  • English
  • Mathematics (Pure Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy) OR Accounting
• Language Skills: Able to read, write, and speak English clearly.
• Learnership Status: Must not be enrolled in another learnership currently and must not have completed one before.
• Documentation: Applications must include a copy of your ID and Matric results. Applications without these will not be considered.
