Qualifications We’re Looking For:

Candidates should have a completed Diploma/Degree or be in their final year (2024) in one of the following fields:

• Fashion Design
• Bcom Fashion
• Clothing Management
• Textiles
• Marketing (with a basic understanding of the fashion industry)
• Graphic Design (with a basic understanding of the fashion industry)

Note: Shortlisted applicants will be included in a Talent Pool for upcoming Trainee Buyer roles.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll follow a structured training program with support from experienced mentors. You’ll learn to develop category plans, manage merchandise schedules, and build your understanding of sales, stock, and profit measures.

Daily Tasks Include:

• Delivering top-notch administrative support to keep operations smooth.
• Managing and tracking samples for fits, development, and shoots.
• Maintaining the Merchandise Process and supporting suppliers to ensure timely product launches.
• Collaborating with marketing, quality control, resource, and visual merchandising teams to bring concepts to life.

What You Bring to the Role

We’re looking for someone who:

• Lives and breathes fashion and understands our customers’ needs.
• Is highly organized, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Has strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Enjoys building relationships and can thrive in a collaborative setting.
• 1 year of experience in manufacturing is a plus!
