Qualifications We’re Looking For:

Candidates should have a completed Diploma/Degree or be in their final year (2024) in one of the following fields:

Fashion Design
Bcom Fashion
Clothing Management
Textiles
Marketing (with a basic understanding of the fashion industry)
Graphic Design (with a basic understanding of the fashion industry)

Note: Shortlisted applicants will be included in a Talent Pool for upcoming Trainee Buyer roles.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll follow a structured training program with support from experienced mentors. You’ll learn to develop category plans, manage merchandise schedules, and build your understanding of sales, stock, and profit measures.

Daily Tasks Include:

Delivering top-notch administrative support to keep operations smooth.
Managing and tracking samples for fits, development, and shoots.
Maintaining the Merchandise Process and supporting suppliers to ensure timely product launches.
Collaborating with marketing, quality control, resource, and visual merchandising teams to bring concepts to life.

Lives and breathes fashion and understands our customers’ needs.
Is highly organized, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Has strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Enjoys building relationships and can thrive in a collaborative setting.
1 year of experience in manufacturing is a plus!
