  • Showing clients how to buy airtime, data, or other services online or through self-service machines.
  • Providing bank statements, new cards, and other essential documents.
  • Educating clients on how to safely and easily use digital and self-service banking options.
  • Handling client requests with care and following up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Building strong, lasting relationships with clients through excellent service.

2. Managing Cash and Store Operations
As a Service Consultant, you will also work with cash and keep things organized. Your tasks may include:

  • Handling cash deposits, withdrawals, and transfers at the counter.
  • Balancing branch stock, like bank cards, and destroying outdated items.
  • Loading ATMs with cash and doing basic troubleshooting when machines have problems.
  • Keeping the banking hall running smoothly by managing queues, especially for clients with special needs.
  • Preparing and handing over important banking documents for processing.
  • Minimizing losses by quickly reporting any cash differences.

3. Ensuring Safety and Compliance
Risk management is an important part of this job. You will:

  • Follow strict banking rules to prevent fraud and protect client information.
  • Control cash limits in counters and drop safes.
  • Always confirm transactions and client details to prevent mistakes or security issues.

Minimum Requirements
